I have never used one of these. I was pretty sure it was a gaming device, but If it weren’t for the above comment, I wouldn’t have been sure what brand it was. Sigh. I must be too old. 🙂
I still have mine. As far as I know, it still works. But mine isn’t black; I actually got mine before the GameBoy was available in multiple colors. Once, on a plane, I actually sat near someone with a GameBoy who had the cable that connected the two. We had a Tetris duel!
It doesn’t get any better, than ‘Tetris’ on a Game Boy William, unless it was ‘Sim City’ on the SNES!
I am far too old to coordinate on any games now, but ahh..fond memories.
Thanks for the follow, and good luck with the blog.
Regards, Pete.
Just heard that the iPod mighty be phased out. Noooooooooooo! My favorite device ever. First record players, then cassette decks, then CD players, now iPods? The carnage continues . . . .
Yes, technology leaves us all behind. Thanks for finding and following my Spanish blog! SD
I had an original GameBoy…I have some good childhood memories of playing Tetris. Thanks for the blog follow 🙂

I have one of every model of Gameboy starting with this one 🙂 I remember!
I remember my first toy. It was a box from the grocery store. I made a fort out of it.
I had one and loved Tetris. Thanks for following me.

I never had one of these….but my kids did.
Obviously, I was born when dinosaurs ruled the world and fine art was etched into cave walls. 😉
I still use mine! It is still the only device I play TETRIS on.
The kids had yellow ones. Thanks for the follow, following you now!
I had a gray one. Loved to play Tetris on it.
Mom wouldn’t buy me one. 😦 But luckily my friends’ moms bought them for their kids. 🙂
I grew up with such game and remembered how many times I got in trouble with the school teacher over this. Love it. Thanks for following my blog too
I still have an original Game Boy. With Tetrus.
I remember that, and Joy Division (the band) as well (re: sticker). Though, the first game I ever played was original Zork.
I remember having something like that :-). I think it was grey.
Aww man, the nostalgia just washed over me. I had one and loved it!
I do remember those. My son had one when he was a teen. Those were cool. Thanks for following me.
